Recently I had a consultation with my client who works for a $30 million firm in Singapore. He reports directly to the CEO of the company; and during the session, he asked about the importance of emotional engagement and different ways to recognize their employees.

Many of us during our day-to-day activities will thank members of the team for doing a job really well. On certain occasions, we will send a thank you email to the person involved, formally thanking them so that they are aware of our appreciation.
